Heritage Grove does not provide utilities.
For Electric you will need to contact the City of Tallahassee at (850) 891.4YOU or online at www.talgov.com. If you or your future roommate has never had utilities in your name with the City of Tallahassee, it is recommended that one of the Guarantors contact the City of Tallahassee with their Utility History to guarantee the account and potentially save a deposit fee. The utilities will need to be set up in advance to be transferred as of your move in date.
For Cable & Internet you will need to contact Comcast at (850) 574.4000 or online at www.comcast.com. Heritage Grove will also have Comcast representatives available on the day of move in that will be offering special rates to our residents and will be able to set up the service the same day for your convenience. Heritage Grove residents have a representative assigned specifically to them and his name is Anna Cotter and his phone number is 404-313-4305 and his email address is Anna_Cotter@cable.comcast.com.
